Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee quotation requests, customer price updates, and related pricing activities for assigned accounts, ensuring all actions are completed accurately and within established timelines
  • Maintain organized records for quotes, approvals, and pricing changes while tracking progress to support audit readiness and operational visibility
  • Update and monitor customer pricing details within online customer platforms and internal business systems
  • Review and validate pricing data in the ERP environment to ensure customer-specific pricing remains current and accurate
  • Conduct retroactive pricing calculations and perform ad hoc analyses to address customer requests, business questions, and pricing exceptions
  • Partner with Customer Service to investigate and resolve pricing concerns, invoice discrepancies, and account-specific issues
  • Work closely with Accounting to reconcile pricing differences and support accurate customer billing outcomes
  • Analyze product and customer margin performance to identify trends, support portfolio decisions, and provide insight to business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, pricing analysis, sales and marketing analytics, product or program management, or a similar business-facing role
  • Background working in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience using formulas, data analysis tools, and business system reporting
  • Experience maintaining and navigating ERP data, including customer pricing records and related commercial information
  • Ability to assess pricing factors such as commodity movements, exchange rates, freight, tariffs, duties, and other cost variables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pricing impacts to internal leaders and external customers
  • Experience supporting strategic planning or product line analysis for large-scale business portfolios is a plus
