Job Description

PostcardMania is seeking a highly skilled and driven Data Platform & Analytics Lead to take full ownership of our Power BI reporting ecosystem, Microsoft Fabric platform, and enterprise data warehouse infrastructure. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for architecting, optimizing, and advancing the company’s data environment. You will serve as the primary authority on reporting, data modeling, and analytics infrastructure while partnering with leadership and departments across the organization to drive smarter, data-backed decisions. This position is designed for someone who wants to build, improve, and scale a modern data platform with long-term growth potential as the function expands.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and optimize all company Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Lead the development and evolution of our Microsoft Fabric environment
  • Architect and maintain the company’s data warehouse infrastructure
  • Design and implement scalable data models
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes
  • Establish data governance standards and reporting best practices
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to define analytics needs
  • Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions
  • Continuously improve performance, accuracy, and reliability of reporting systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in data analytics, BI, or data platform roles
  • Advanced Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data architecture
  • Deep understanding of SQL and relational database design
