Job Description:

Cogoport is currently looking for data operations executives in the rate management team who would be responsible for collecting, entering and managing the rates data on our platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Upload and manage the different types of rates on Cogoport platform as procured from the suppliers
  • Ensure data accuracy for uploaded rates, ensuring zero loss due to entry of incorrect rates
  • Follow SOPs for each service and maintain desks TAT for each allocated task

Requirements:

  • Minimum graduate/diploma in any stream
  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar role in logistics or any industry
  • High attention to detail
  • Good level of proficiency with MS Excel
  • Ability to use advanced functions and be able to work with large excel files

Nice to have:

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams
