Data OfficerLondon (Hybrid)6 Month Contract to Start ASAPOpportunity to turn into a permanent position I'm working with a well-established national charity undergoing a major digital and CRM transformation, to hire a Data Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced data and CRM function supporting a large-scale Dynamics 365 environment during a critical period of operational growth and change. This role would suit someone with strong Dynamics 365 CRM experience who enjoys owning BAU CRM operations, improving data quality, supporting users, and helping maintain the smooth running of a complex CRM environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day CRM administration and user support across Dynamics 365
  • Handle CRM tickets and operational requests
  • Perform data imports, data cleansing, duplicate management, and ongoing CRM housekeeping
  • Support data quality initiatives by identifying issues, inconsistencies, and process improvements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure CRM data accuracy and operational continuity
  • Support testing, UAT activities, SOP execution, and wider CRM operational processes
  • Provide proactive suggestions around CRM improvements, reporting, and BAU efficiencies

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience working within CRM operations, CRM administration, or CRM support environments
  • Strong data quality and data handling experience alongside solid Excel skills
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify issues and improvements
