Job Responsibility

  • Data Collection & Collation: Support efforts in gathering and organising quantitative and qualitative data effectively
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain precise records, ensuring all data is well-organised and accessible
  • Data Cleaning & Validation: utilise your expertise in data quality methods to enhance the integrity of their datasets
  • Monitoring & Evaluation Oversight: Implement essential monitoring and evaluation processes within the programme, in collaboration with the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
  • Tool Development: Assist in creating new tools and refining existing processes to improve data practises within the programme

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting data collection and collation
  • Confidence in managing accurate records and maintaining databases
  • Familiarity with data cleaning and validation techniques to resolve quality issues
  • A proactive approach to implementing monitoring and evaluation processes
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

  • Consulting for different customers on digital development and improvement projects (including the understanding, challenging and translation of the customer into clear 'User Stories' or tasks)
  • Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc...). Update and maintain current reporting
  • Create and enrich datasets from Quality and Procurement environments, and maintain existing ones
  • Create Data-Analytic tools to support performance anticipation
  • Supporting Project Leaders and POM Reps in their accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives
  • Establish connection between the Data Analytics and Performance Management system to allow activity prioritization according to the top management requirements
