Job Responsibility:
Design, implement, and maintain conceptual, Logical and Physical data models that meet business data/process and technology requirements
Analysis and documentation of business requirements to translate them into data models aligned with organisational goals
Development and maintenance of data dictionaries and glossaries to define data elements and their usage
Analysis and monitoring of data usage patterns to identify opportunities for data optimisation and improvement
Strategic architecture definition and product selection
Production of logical designs in relevant subject area
Implementation of architectures and Identification, ownership and resolution of design related issues
Definition and documentation of data architectures standards, principles and strategies
Requirements:
Ability to lead conceptual/logical modelling, and partner with engineering on physical design
Capability to translate models into testable, engineering-ready deliverables with high-quality source-to-target mappings
Ample command of standards (naming/definitions/domains) plus lineage, take care of, CDE tagging, traceability and control evidence, producing artefacts that stand up to audit/regulatory scrutiny
Ability to work within canonical patterns, manage change control/versioning, and drive cross-team alignment
Exposure to modern cloud data platforms & delivery patterns
Experience working within federated or product‑aligned data operating models
Nice to have:
