We are currently looking for a Data Modeling expert to strengthen our operations in Mexico.

Job Responsibility

  • Data Architecture Design: defining robust logical and physical models. Focus on Snowflake Data Modeling
  • Implementing Data Vault 2.0 and adapting models to modern Cloud Data Warehousing environments
  • Data Warehousing Optimization: working with technologies like Snowflake, optimizing performance through partitioning strategies, indexing, and efficient data structures
  • SQL and ETL Expertise: leading technical transformation logic, ensuring that extraction and loading processes maintain referential integrity and data quality throughout their lifecycle
  • Global Collaboration: actively participating in international projects, collaborating with distributed teams and translating complex business needs into elegant technical designs
  • Standardization and Governance: defining modeling standards and data catalogs, ensuring the architecture is understandable for both developers and business users

Requirements

  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields
  • Over 3 years in Data Engineering roles with a specialized focus on Data Modeling
  • Advanced expertise in SQL and ETL/ELT tools
  • Solid experience in modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse
  • Advanced English level (C1 or higher), capable of holding technical and business conversations with international stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Medallion Architectures (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
