Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Migration Lead to join our ERP team in Pune (EON). This role is pivotal in leading data migration initiatives for SAP S/4HANA implementations across Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance (FIN) modules. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, ensuring data quality, integrity, and seamless integration with business processes. The role reports to Ashwin Deshmukh and is part of the EVO Application Development team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and deliver data migration projects within SAP S/4HANA systems across all modules
  • Analyse business requirements and define data management strategies tailored to specific needs
  • Identify and resolve integration challenges, ensuring smooth data flow across systems
  • Collaborate effectively with local experts and the wider business community to align on data needs
  • Provide clear guidance and process clarification to end users and stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in data migration, with a comprehensive understanding of technical and management aspects of data processes
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in leading data migration projects within SAP environments
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Strong understanding of SCM and FIN business processes
