Job Description:

The Migration Coordinator with a PMO focus is responsible for supporting the data migration process by managing and tracking tasks, epics, and user stories in Jira. This role involves ensuring that all migration activities are well-documented, progress is tracked, and updates are made in Jira to facilitate effective project management and communication.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain a ‘Migration Playbook’ based on existing documentation
  • Ensure all migration activities are well-documented

  • Manage and track tasks, epics, and user stories in Jira
  • Facilitate organizational activities for financial data migration managers (e.g., creation of status updates, scheduling of meetings, communication with local data migration leads)
