Data Metrics Compliance Risk Management Senior Officer

• Developing and implementing elements of data compliance risk oversight program
• Developing systems and reporting for ongoing oversight and monitoring of data compliance risks
• Analyzing controls, issues, data concerns and remediation status
• Performing trend analysis for data compliance risks
• Supporting Business Execution initiatives, Cross-Functional initiatives and Compliance Independent Reviews
• Designing, developing, delivering and maintaining best-in-class program for data compliance risk oversight
• Developing strategy for oversight and reporting of Citi's key data compliance risks
• Establishing monitoring, analysis and reporting strategy for critical data elements
• Establishing strategy, framework, engagement model for ICRM participation in data use case reviews
• Developing appropriate strategies within reporting for data aggregation
• Partnering, collaborating and working with other areas within Citi

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm
