Job Responsibility

  • Ownership of the company's data landscape, dashboards, and reporting outputs
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for finance and wider stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
  • Own and improve system integrations between finance, operational, and commercial tools
  • Partner closely with the Finance Director and Finance Manager to support decision-making
  • Lead on automation, AI-enabled reporting, and process improvements where appropriate
  • Act as the go-to person for data, BI, and reporting across the business
  • Support continuous improvement of the tech and reporting suite as the company scales

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, stakeholder-facing reporting)
  • Solid understanding of data architecture and system integrations
  • Experience working closely with finance teams and senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of improving reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable operating as a standalone data specialist in a growing business
  • Experience in a product-based, FMCG, retail, or consumer brand environment is highly desirable

Nice to have

  • SQL experience and exposure to broader BI or analytics tooling
  • Experience integrating ERP, finance, CRM, or operational systems
  • Exposure to automation or AI-driven reporting initiatives
