Job Responsibility:
Own non financial regulatory reporting end to end, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, complete and audit ready
Lead, support and develop a team of Data Analysts, creating clarity, accountability and continuous improvement
Design and maintain robust controls to ensure reporting remains compliant, resilient and well governed
Manage complex senior stakeholder expectations across local data teams, Risk, Operations, Regulatory Advice, Line 2 and SMF stakeholders
Build strong, collaborative relationships with data teams across the business and our enablement partners
Prepare and present clear papers and insights to working groups and committees
Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing findings and embedding improvements
Identify reporting risks early and put effective mitigations in place
Drive automation and process efficiency to simplify ways of working and enhance reporting quality
Work closely with the Head of Reporting & Governance to anticipate regulatory change and prepare the team to respond
Requirements:
Experience in regulatory reporting with strict deadlines
Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple submissions, controls, stakeholders and dependencies without losing attention to detail
A strong culture builder who values psychological safety, learning and accountability
Confident influencing senior stakeholders and managing expectations with clarity and credibility
A strong track record of delivering high quality outputs to non negotiable deadlines
Comfortable owning complex processes end to end, with accuracy and consistency
Strong analytical capability and the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements
Experience working with data controls, audit readiness and governance frameworks
Ability to build trusted partnerships across data, technology and operational teams
Exceptional attention to detail, paired with a practical continuous improvement mindset
