Job Description:

Contribute to developing and establishing master data management practices in IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program. As part of Information Management team in Supply Data & Technology department, drive collaboration across OFP Program teams on master data, providing technical and functional leadership. Define and implement policies, controls and programs to secure data quality, accessibility and re-usability. Drive continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing of best practices, methodologies, tools and materials across Master Data Management community.

Job Responsibility:

Lead one Master Data Domain like Business Partner or Material Master for the OFP Platform (IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program)
Lead master data governance process and solution implementation
Lead and work closely together with peers across Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to strong IKEA franchise offer
Build, lead and inspire the community on a given master data domain, bringing passion and expertise on data management practices, data modelling and supply chain business processes
Contribute to building and delivering for the given master data domain vision, principles and guidelines for IKEA Supply
Ensure that business value connected to master data management is well understood and used in decision-making process
Embed master data domain practices in the OFP Platform in IKEA Supply, working proactively with product / applications teams and developing a data culture
Active member of the Inter IKEA Master Data Management area of expertise, fostering culture of support, collaboration, can do attitude and continuous improvement

Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
Good knowledge of Master Data Governance
Good knowledge of IT in general and digital organizations, strategies and working methods
Solid experience and track record in information management, master data management or data domain management
Hands on experience in managing data and information in Franchisor and/or global Application landscapes in supply chain environments
Exposure in building and managing master data management communities
Experience introducing necessary solutions and balancing business needs with IT capabilities and developments
Embracing agile practices and ways of working in entrepreneurial environment
Appreciation for collaborative spirit and leading with focus on both technology and people
Sharing IKEA culture and values
