Job Description:

We are looking for someone who will contribute to developing and establishing Data Management capabilities in IKEA Supply. This role will involve driving collaborative efforts, providing leadership on Data Management policies, and supporting IKEA’s supply chain modernization initiatives. Responsibilities include ownership of Data Management activities, prioritization of capabilities, reporting KPIs/OKRs, and community leadership across master data domains. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Modelling, Meta & Master Data management, and Data Governance, with experience in supply chain environments and familiarity with Oracle Transportation Management.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership and drive the execution of Data Management related activities and initiatives in IKEA Supply
represent IKEA Supply in data management initiatives and participate in relevant projects
support adoption and prioritization of Data Management and Enablement capabilities such as Data Modelling, Data Literacy, Data Governance, Business Glossary, Data Catalogue, Data Lineage, Data Quality
coordinate and implement group-wide data management priorities
secure updates to reporting and meeting information
develop steering documents, roadmaps, learning solutions and communication content for data management capabilities
manage reporting of KPIs/OKRs
lead and inspire the data management community
embed data management capabilities into IKEA Supply workflows
actively collaborate within the Data Management area of expertise.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Data Modelling, Meta & Master Data management, Data Governance and Data Quality
experience and track record in data management, master data management or data domain management
familiarity with IT in general and digital organizations, especially Oracle Transportation Management strategies and working methods
hands-on experience with Data Modelling and/or Data Literacy is considered a plus
experience in managing data and information in Franchisor and/or global Application landscapes in supply chain environments
exposure to building and managing master data management communities
experience introducing necessary solutions and balancing business needs with IT capabilities and developments
embracing agile practices and ways of working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with Data Modelling and/or Data Literacy
exposure to building and managing master data management communities
familiarity with agile practices and ways of working in an entrepreneurial environment.
