Job Description:

The position is responsible for developing and establishing master data management practices in Oracle Transportation Management, driving collaboration across teams, implementing policies to secure data accessibility, and contributing to the data management vision and culture at IKEA Supply.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Master Data Domain for the ITM Platform
collaborate across Inter IKEA for a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer
build, lead, and inspire the community on a specific master data domain
contribute to the data management vision, principles, and guidelines for IKEA Supply
ensure business value from master data management is understood in decision-making
embed master data management practices in the ITM Platform
develop a data culture
be an active member of the Inter IKEA Data Management area of expertise.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills
ability to inspire and mobilize people
strong willpower
good knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management
knowledge of IT and digital strategies and working methods
experience in data management
experience in master data management or data domain management
hands-on experience in managing data and information in franchisor or global application landscapes in supply chain environments
ability to build and manage master data management communities
knowledge of agile practices
passion for home furnishing
ability to create engaging and trustful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
