Job Description:

Inter IKEA Group is looking for a Data Management Leader to contribute to the development and establishment of master data management practices in Oracle Transportation Management within the IKEA Supply chain. This role involves leading the master data domain, inspiring a community, defining policies, improving accessibility and data quality, and fostering collaboration across teams in a global environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Master Data Domain for the ITM Platform (IKEA Transportation Management)
build, lead and inspire the community on a given master data domain
contribute to building and delivering the data management vision, principles and guidelines for IKEA Supply
ensure business value connected to master data management is well understood and used in the decision-making process
embed master data management practices in the ITM Platform
proactively work with product/applications teams to develop a data culture
drive collaboration across ILM program teams on master data
provide technical and functional leadership
drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing of best practices, methodologies, tools and materials.

Requirements:

Very good knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management, IT in general and digital organizations, strategies and working methods
solid experience and track record in data management, master data management or data domain management
hands-on experience in managing data and information in Franchisor and/or global Application landscapes in supply chain environments
exposure in building and managing master data communities, introducing solutions and balancing business needs with IT capabilities
embrace agile practices and ways of working in an entrepreneurial environment.
