Job Description:

Data Management Leader position within IKEA Supply's Order & Finance Platform Program, responsible for developing and establishing master data management practices in IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program. Part of the Information Management team in the Supply Data & Technology department.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Master Data Domain for the OFP Platform (IKEA Supply SAP S/4 HANA ERP program)
Work closely with peers across Inter IKEA to strengthen IKEA franchise offer
Build, lead and inspire the community on master data domain
Contribute to building and delivering information management vision, principles and guidelines for IKEA Supply
Embed master data management practices in the OFP Platform
Work proactively with product/application teams to develop a data culture
Active member of Inter IKEA Information Management area of expertise

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills to inspire and mobilize people
Visionary, pragmatic and adaptable leadership with strong willpower
Curiosity and ability to build relationships to establish trust
Passion for creating value from data and information management
Very good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
Solid experience in IT and digital organizations, strategies and working methods
Solid experience in information management, master data management or data domain management
Hands-on experience managing data and information in Franchisor and/or global Application landscapes in supply chain environments
Experience building and managing master data management communities
Embracing agile practices and entrepreneurial ways of working
Appreciation for home furnishing and building purposeful business
Collaborative spirit with focus on both technology and people

Nice to have:

Exposure in building and managing master data management communities
Experience introducing necessary solutions and balancing business needs with IT capabilities
Experience working in supply chain environments
