The Data Management Analyst is responsible for Supply Chain data maintenance, analysis, and reporting. This individual will serve as a key contributor to ensuring master data is accurate, complete, and delivered in adherence to program requirements and deadlines. This position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with regular communication with program management and department stakeholders. The analyst will establish in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain systems and technology to build solutions that deliver program objectives with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. This position is based in Philadelphia, PA.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update large data sets in master data systems with a focus on scalability
Data categorization, matching, and cleansing of supplier, product, and location data
Provide timely and effective support in resolving service tickets
Develop knowledge on functional and technical data processes
Test, assess, and report on performance of algorithm models
Provide system recommendations on ways to improve and scale the data management process
Provide analytical support and utilize problem solving capabilities to generate financial analysis, program status reports, and executive summaries
Develop in depth knowledge of multiple product categories to provide preferred supplier and product recommendations
Identify relevant data to help tell “The Story” and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
Leverage foundational AI tools and prompt engineering to automate repetitive data categorization tasks, accelerating the delivery of high-fidelity, \"AI-ready\" datasets for downstream application development and analytics
Requirements:
1-3 years of work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Functional / Technical skills
Ability to work in autonomy
Ability to work within a matrix environment, build strong cross-functional relationships
Must demonstrate leadership and influencing potential
Proficient at MS Excel, PowerPoint, Sourcing and procurement tools
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Being a self-starter and very results oriented
Brings a forward thinking, inventive mindset to projects and initiatives
A Bachelor's degree is required
