Job Description:

Our client is a global Private Bank, with a strong presence across APAC, Europe and America. The role involves ensuring accurate processing of opening, closure and static data maintenance for the bank's clients, agents and counterparty, input of static data for onboarding, account maintenance and signatories update, maintenance of signature in system, performing administrative duties for the bank's e-banking services, and managing the documentation of client files.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure accurate processing of opening, closure and static data maintenance for the bank's clients, agents and counterparty
Input of static data for onboarding, account maintenance and signatories update
Maintenance of signature in system
Perform administrative duties for the bank's e-banking services
Managed the documentation of client files

Requirements:

Degree with at least a year of relevant working experience
Prior experience in banking static data maintenance
Team player
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
