  • Provide cross-functional workflow training to colleagues with varying levels of experience in data management

  • ensure completeness and correctness of translation databases
  • Maintain and improve Translation Memory/Term Base structures and translation style guides
  • implement updates systematically
  • Execute translation deliverables for digital and print outputs
  • Coordinate daily/weekly cross-functional working sessions

Requirements:

  • Proven data QA mindset with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • able to translate technical data issues into actions for project managers, developers, librarians, and international partners
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel work streams and shifting priorities under a deadline

Nice to have:

  • Python for automation and data transformations
  • SQL proficiency
  • able to author multi-join queries for exports, audits, and reconciliation
  • Airtable Builder certification
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Contentful, or other CMS systems
  • Experience with Airtable admin/builds, data migrations, and governance
  • Experience with CAT tool management
  • Background in digital librarianship, information science, or localization/translation operations
  • MLIS with a focus on digital assets management and UX design
