You'll harness cutting-edge technology to support complex Human Resources transformation programmes, ensuring high-quality data is ready for migration, reporting, analysis and business decision making.

Job Responsibility

  • Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification, documenting data sources, methodologies, and quality findings with recommendations for improvement
  • Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to large datasets to uncover trends and correlations, develop validated logical data models, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations that drive operational and process improvements, leveraging machine learning/AI
  • Through data-driven analysis, translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations, identifying opportunities for operational and process improvements
  • Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports using applicable tools and automate reporting processes for regular and ad-hoc stakeholder needs

Requirements

  • Defining, directing and governing data architecture (inc. shared data environment, data model and standards) in support of business strategy, ensuring that data is accurate, secure and accessible to meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Leading data workstreams in complex HR transformation programmes to ensure data requirements including data mapping, migration, validation, assurance, sourcing, lineage and quality are met

Nice to have

  • Ability to work across large HR, HR Technology and wider programme teams to ensure alignment and delivery, managing formal programme governance requirements
  • Implementation of Data Products and enabling the use of data in AI models
  • Knowledge of data and records governance standards and how to apply them in transformation environments
