Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of Sollers’ Data Competency, defining its vision, roadmap and strategic direction
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data strategy, governance, platforms, architecture, and modern data operating models
  • Represent Sollers as a Data Expert in client meetings, workshops, assessments and discovery sessions
  • Co-create high-quality presales materials – case studies, value propositions, PoVs and demos – in close collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams
  • Build and maintain internal methodologies, frameworks and accelerators supporting data transformation projects
  • Lead thought-leadership initiatives by shaping Sollers’ perspective on key Data & Analytics trends (cloud, AI/ML, data mesh, metadata, real-time analytics)
  • Support delivery teams in designing data architectures, modernizing data ecosystems, and ensuring best practices are applied across implementations
  • Mentor consultants, support capability growth and foster a strong Data community within the organisation
  • Collaborate across competencies (Cloud, AI, QA etc.) to build integrated, end-to-end data solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Data leadership roles within consulting, IT implementation or enterprise environments
  • Experience defining data strategies, data roadmaps or data operating models for enterprise clients
  • Strong technical grounding in Data (e.g., data platforms, data governance, architecture, analytics, ETL/ELT)
  • Understanding of financial services processes and regulatory/data requirements (insurance, banking or financial institutions)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both business and technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (at least C1 level)
  • Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude
  • Ability to work both in cross-functional teams and independently

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling Data Centers of Excellence
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or modern data architectures (e.g., data mesh, lakehouse)
  • Experience mentoring or managing teams
  • Knowledge of additional languages, especially French or German will be an asset
  • Background in consulting or implementation projects in the insurance or bancassurance sector
