Job Description

Are you data-driven, naturally curious, and looking to make a real impact on product quality? The Complaint Handling Data Analysis team has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join us on a 12-month assignment. In this role, you will gain unique insight into on-market product performance while ensuring the timely delivery of worldwide customer complaint data. As an Analysis Investigator, you will be at the heart of our quality mission. You'll be responsible for identifying and investigating trends highlighted through complaint metrics to ensure we meet all Quality System requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify trends through analysis of tracked complaint data
  • Generate weekly and monthly metrics and perform batch complaint data analysis within required timeframes
  • Perform and document thorough investigations into trends by understanding and leveraging all available data
  • Escalate complaint data trends that indicate potential product or process issues
  • Assist in generating metrics for key review meetings, including Tracking and Trending, Product Quality Monitoring, and Site Leadership reviews
  • Adhere to all Tracking & Trending procedures, Quality Management Systems, and corporate policies
