Job Description:

You’ll get hands-on with live business data, learn in-demand technical skills and help shape real decisions across the organisation. You don’t need to know everything already, you just need curiosity, a good head for numbers and the aptitude to work with data. The role: You’ll be working on our modern Databricks data platform, helping answer the questions that matter most to the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working with data sets to spot trends, patterns and opportunities
  • Using basic SQL to query and extract information
  • Using basic Python to analyse data and automate tasks
  • Learning Power BI to build dashboards and visual reports
  • Turning one-off requests into reusable self-serve reporting tools
  • Presenting findings clearly to non-technical colleagues
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges
  • Helping teams make better decisions through actionable insight

Requirements:

  • Highly numerate
  • Studying towards (or recently completed) a numerate degree such as Maths, Science, Economics or similar
  • Interested in data, analytics or technology
  • Comfortable learning basic programming skills
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn
  • Able to communicate clearly with different people
