Job Description

We are looking for a driven and analytical Data Intelligence Assistant Manager to join our team at Travel + Leisure Global Support Services (Philippines), Inc. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support the company's strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Continuously improve data management processes and implement best practices to enhance data quality and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to drive innovation within the organisation
  • Mentor and train junior members of the data intelligence team to build a strong, capable, and cohesive unit

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data intelligence or business analytics role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of data analysts or business intelligence professionals

Nice to have

Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or project management is a plus
