Job Description:

The Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business. This role partners with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, and engages in cross functional collaboration to achieve outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily activities supporting execution of Data Transformation Plan
Partner with stakeholders including senior management
Engage in cross functional collaboration
Identify stakeholders and build relationships
Gather and synthesize information for executive communication
Manage multiple projects
Develop content for governance forums
Facilitate coordination of cross-functional complex problems
Liaise between Enterprise Chief Data Office and other partners
Lead work streams on data initiatives
Develop business requirements and process mapping

Requirements:

10+ years of experience
Banking or Finance industry preferred
Prior strategy consulting experience with focus on change management and program delivery preferred
Strong business analysis competency
Strong product life cycle knowledge of at least one Consumer Lending Product (Mortgages/Cards/Personal Loans)
Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Organizational savvy
understands systems, management processes
Working knowledge of Citi's Data Operating Model
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred
