Job Description:

The Data Integration Lead is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving the execution, enablement, and adoption of our comprehensive Data Transformation Plan. The position involves collaborating across departments, ensuring stakeholder alignment, managing projects, and maintaining adherence to policies and governance frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Proactively examine and evaluate project status, identifying potential risks and issues
Escalate critical risks and propose changes or solutions to project leads
Provide expert guidance on Governance forum materials
Manage day-to-day operations of programs and projects
Collaborate with business and technology partners throughout the SDLC
Support the timely resolution of project issues with innovative solutions
Act as a central liaison with multiple Data teams and departments
Independently conduct thorough data analysis and reconciliations
Develop clear and concise business requirements
Contribute to strategic process improvement projects
Appropriately assess risk in all business decisions

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Financial/Regulatory Reporting (e.g., 15c3-3), and/or Business Transformation
Demonstrated experience in managing and successfully implementing projects from inception to completion
Knowledge of Finance products such as Securities Financing Transactions (SFTs), FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Loans is a significant advantage
Experience in financial control, accounting, and/or risk management is a plus
Proven ability to be nimble, adjust priorities effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Comprehensive understanding of how individual contributions and departmental functions collectively integrate to achieve overarching business objectives
Familiarity with core data concepts, data controls, Data Quality measurement methodologies, and data lineage principles
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that resonate with diverse audiences
Proven capability to drive consensus and influence relationships across all organizational levels

Nice to have:

Experience in financial control, accounting, and/or risk management
Knowledge of Finance products such as Securities Financing Transactions (SFTs), FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Loans
