The Data Integration Lead (Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst - C13) is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving the execution, enablement, and adoption of our comprehensive Data Transformation Plan. This role is crucial in supporting various use cases through seamless collaboration with Functions, Regions, and Lines of Business. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of technical acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and project management expertise, thriving under pressure to meet stringent deadlines. This position demands a highly analytical mind capable of filtering, prioritizing, and validating complex, dynamic material from diverse sources to support business requirements, address data issues, and facilitate in-depth analysis.
Job Responsibility:
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Project Oversight & Risk Management: Proactively examine and evaluate project status, meticulously identifying potential risks and issues
Governance & Presentation Excellence: Determine the appropriateness of content and materials for Governance forums, providing expert guidance on revisions
Program & Project Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of overall programs and projects, including overseeing associated dependencies
SDLC Lifecycle Coordination: Collaborate closely with business and technology partners throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Issue Resolution & Policy Adherence: Support the timely resolution of project issues by devising and offering innovative solutions to complex problems
Cross-Functional Liaison & Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a central liaison with multiple Data teams and departments, serving as a primary subject matter expert
Independent Data Analysis & Reconciliation: Independently conduct thorough data analysis and reconciliations
Business Requirements & Process Mapping: Develop clear and concise business requirements, meticulously mapping current and future state processes
Strategic Design & Process Improvement Contribution: Contribute tactically to the strategic design and implementation of process improvement projects
Risk Assessment & Compliance: Appropriately assess risk in all business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding our clients and assets
Requirements:
6+ years relevant experience in a Data Business Analysis, Financial/Regulatory Reporting, and/or Data Business Transformation
Demonstrated experience in managing and successfully implementing projects from inception to completion
Knowledge of Finance products such as Securities Financing Transactions (SFTs), FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Loans is a significant advantage
Experience in financial control, accounting, and/or risk management is a plus
Proven ability to be nimble, adjust priorities effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how individual contributions and departmental functions collectively integrate to achieve overarching business objectives
Familiarity with core data concepts, data controls, Data Quality measurement methodologies, and data lineage principles
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that resonate with diverse audiences
Proven capability to drive consensus and influence relationships across all organizational levels
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
