Data Integration Lead Analyst

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Examine and evaluate project status, including identifying potential risks and issues
• Determine appropriateness, and guide revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forums
• Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies
• Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems
• Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes
• Conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy
• Develop and articulate business requirements and maps current and future state processes
• Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions

• 6-10 years relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
• Familiarity with data concepts
• Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
