Job Description:

The Data Integration Intermediate Analyst is responsible for facilitating and executing the activities that support the execution and enablement of the Data Transformation Plan as well as support data use cases. This includes collaboration across functions, regions, and lines of business. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, project management expertise, and sound analytical capabilities to manage data effectively, address issues, and contribute to business requirement processes.

Job Responsibility:

Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings
examines and evaluates project status, including detecting potential risks and issues that need escalation or change to project leads
synthesizes, interprets, and refines presentation content and materials for Governance forums
manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, and associated dependencies
allocate/coordinate work within team or project group
support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes
liaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes
independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy
gathers and interprets business requirements and maps current and future state processes
contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations
appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements:

2-5 years’ experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs
proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
strong analytical skills and attention to detail
flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred
