Job Description:

Senior Vice President role responsible for managing complex data integration programs and projects across Citi's Enterprise Data Office, leading teams of subject matter experts, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic cross-functional initiatives

Job Responsibility:

Accountable for successful program management of Use Cases and programs/projects in Enterprise Data Office Program Office
Manage complex, time sensitive, business critical programs across multiple businesses and functions
Proactively identify and resolve delivery problems
Provide content-led program/project management to lead teams of subject matter experts
Lead, supervise, coach and develop junior EDO Program Office team members
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Develop and deliver presentations to senior management covering project/program status and plans

Requirements:

8+ years experience as Program or Project Manager or working on large, strategic cross-functional projects
5+ years experience in Banking or Finance
5+ years experience in business analysis with conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Program/project management of complex, cross-enterprise initiatives
Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of analyzing legislative and regulatory texts
Understanding of project standards
Knowledge of structured project management techniques
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of Citi's Data Operating Model

Nice to have:

Experience in Banking or Finance preferred
Knowledge of Citi's Data Operating Model
