As Strategic Insights Lead, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, turning data into actionable strategies that influence decisions at the highest level. You will design and deliver the models, insights, and narratives that power commercial, financial, and operational decision-making across the business

Job Responsibility:

  • Executive Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping corporate strategy and commercial outcomes
  • Modelling & Analysis: Design, build, and maintain robust models to support critical business needs, including: Commercial (e.g. pricing scenarios, margin analysis, revenue forecasting) Operational (e.g. capacity planning, workforce modelling) Strategic (e.g. board and executive reporting, business case evaluation)
  • Structured problem-solving: Translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks and reports (e.g. Excel models, Grafana, Power BI dashboards
  • Insight Communication: Synthesise complex model outputs into concise, compelling narratives. Confidently present insights to C-suite and senior executives to guide decision making
  • Analytical support: Support ad-hoc analysis requests for key strategic initiatives with high-quality, timely insights
  • Turning complex data into clear, actionable strategy and insights, from pricing frameworks to financial and capacity models

Requirements:

  • Experience in a strategy consulting firm, investment banking or data/analytics role
  • Experience building and using data and modelling to support decision making
  • A strategic thinker who can span step back and see the big picture while also diving deep into the data
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Advanced Excel modelling expertise
  • experience with business intelligence tools (Grafana, Power BI), experience with SQL
  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex analysis into compelling business narratives
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to lead initiatives independently and deliver impact

Nice to have:

knowledge of Python is a plus
