Job Description:

Scaler is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data & Insights Intern to support our data management and analytics efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to organize and analyze sustainability-related data within our platform—helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and real-world impact for our clients in the real estate sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in sustainability, real estate, and technology.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining large datasets related to sustainability reporting and real estate performance
  • Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and organization within Scaler’s sustainability platform
  • Support sustainability data collection, workflow optimization, and insights generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and drive process improvements
  • Research real estate sustainability trends and assist in preparing internal reports and presentations
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resources

Requirements:

  • In the final year of their Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, with an expected graduation date of Summer 2026
  • Able to work from our NYC office at least 2 days per week (hybrid schedule)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
