Job Description

We are seeking a Data Insights Analyst to support our Technology function by developing advanced digital dashboards that provide transparency on demand, capacity, and resource allocation across Value Streams and Release Trains. The individual will work within a SAFe-based environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality data, meaningful insights, and the continuous improvement of capacity management models. They will contribute to process simplification, automation, and the evolution of digital tools used across the Project Support Office.

Job Responsibility

  • Collect, document, and formalise business requirements to support data management and solution development
  • Build and maintain data models and digitised dashboards using Power BI to enable informed, data‑driven decisions
  • Ensure full traceability throughout solution development, validating alignment with requirements and enabling continuous improvement
  • Support stakeholders in defining clear requirements and acceptance criteria while contributing to business‑as‑usual enhancements
  • Integrate demand and capacity data into unified views to identify bottlenecks and priority areas
  • Analyse data quality issues, perform error handling, and maintain high standards of data integrity
  • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify capacity and resource management processes
  • Maintain compliance with agreed data standards across all areas
  • Generate improvement ideas to enhance processes, tools, and services

Requirements

  • Experienced in working within SAFe or agile portfolio environments
  • Skilled in data analysis with at least two years’ experience working with large data sets
  • Knowledgeable in data modelling to support transparency and insights across end‑to‑end processes
  • Analytical, with a consultative approach to supporting business stakeholders
  • Confident in using tools such as Jira and Excel (including macros), with desirable experience in Power BI or capacity‑management tools
  • Comfortable influencing and collaborating in matrix organisations
  • Adaptable to evolving business needs and highly proactive in driving results
  • Strong communicator with experience working in multinational environments
  • University‑educated in a relevant field such as computer science, economics, mathematics, or business administration
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with telecommunications or similarly fast‑paced industries

Nice to have

  • Experienced in agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Agile PM, PMP, or Prince2
  • Skilled in Strategy‑to‑Plan tools including Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence
