Job Description:

As a Data Inputter, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant data management, supporting the integration and operations teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately input and maintain client and policy data within Intelliflo Office
  • Issue correspondence to providers to obtain key client information
  • Respond to written, telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain effective relationships with providers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure client records and documentation are stored securely in line with GDPR requirements
