Are you organised, confident on the phone, and looking to join a friendly and growing team? At Simplify, we’re looking for a Data Input & Referral Administrator to join our busy estate agency support team in St Ives.

Job Responsibility

  • Taking sales referrals from our network of estate agents via phone and email
  • Accurately recording the details and passing them on to our sales teams
  • Being a key point of contact

Requirements

  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and results
  • General IT proficiency (email, internet, keyboard skills)
  • Willingness to commute to our St Ives office

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between systems
  • Validate field-level data accuracy (e.g., dates, rates, asset IDs, customer details)
  • Support data flow between systems to ensure alignment across legal, finance, and operations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (legal ops, billing, sales ops, procurement) to resolve data issues
  • Assist in tracking contract lifecycle events (execution, amendments, renewals, terminations)
  • Work with internal audit teams and external providers to address data discrepancies identified during reviews
