We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Input & Invoicing Assistant to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to extend. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with numbers and maintaining accurate records.
Job Responsibility:
Data entry across various internal systems
Processing and assisting with invoicing
General administrative support to the wider team
Ensuring accuracy in all documentation and numerical work
Using MS Office applications (Word & Excel) confidently
Learning and using our system Epical (full training provided)
Requirements:
Strong administrative background
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Confident with numbers and basic maths
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to pick up new systems quickly (Epical training provided)
