Job Description:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Input & Invoicing Assistant to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to extend. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with numbers and maintaining accurate records.

Job Responsibility:

  • Data entry across various internal systems
  • Processing and assisting with invoicing
  • General administrative support to the wider team
  • Ensuring accuracy in all documentation and numerical work
  • Using MS Office applications (Word & Excel) confidently
  • Learning and using our system Epical (full training provided)

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Confident with numbers and basic maths
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly (Epical training provided)
  • Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude
