Job Description:

The role involves leading a team of analysts, developing and implementing data analytics strategies, and delivering actionable insights for business objectives. The candidate will work extensively with tools like SAS, SQL, and Python in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team of analysts to gather, clean, and analyze data
develop and implement data analytics strategies
conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets
provide strategic recommendations
stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute
8-12 years of hands-on experience in developing codes on SAS, SQL, Python environment
proficiency in Data analysis & Data patterns
ability to transform data sets and perform quantitative & qualitative analysis
hands-on experience in SAS, SQL, Python
proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA
experience in mentoring and developing a team
excellent communication and inter-personal skills
ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have:

workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket
knowledge of Finance Regulations
understanding of Audit Process.
