Job Description

The Data Health Partner (DHP) plays a critical role in ensuring that customer data within Arcadia’s platform is accurate, reliable, and actionable. This role sits at the intersection of data validation, dataset analysis, backend troubleshooting, and cross-functional delivery. The Data Health Partner analyzes healthcare datasets, validates system behavior, and resolves data issues so customers can confidently trust and act on their data.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a technical expert responsible for ensuring data accuracy, validating backend systems, and troubleshooting complex data issues
  • Query and analyze healthcare datasets to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies
  • Validate data integrity through backend systems and configuration reviews
  • Troubleshoot ingestion, transformation, and orchestration failures
  • Monitor job workflows and diagnose dependency or sequencing conflicts
  • Deliver assigned technical work within agreed timelines and flag risks early
  • Partner with the Customer Management team to align technical execution with customer priorities
  • Support customer discussions when technical clarification is needed
  • Participate in production support workflows to verify fixes and confirm resolution
  • Collaborate across Data, Product, R&D, and customer teams to support scalable data solutions and translate technical findings into clear, actionable outcomes
  • Document investigations clearly and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Apply structured problem-solving to propose practical, technically sound solutions
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field, or equivalent experience
  • Professional experience working with data in a technical or analytical capacity
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience querying complex relational databases. This role requires strong SQL skills and a proven track record of working with large or complex data environments
  • Experience analyzing datasets to identify patterns or discrepancies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and strong desire to grow technically
  • Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience, though we welcome strong candidates with varied backgrounds

  • Exposure to healthcare data (claims, clinical, ADT, provider, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AWS (S3, Redshift) or similar cloud platforms
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages
