Data Governance Technology Lead

• Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume data governance implementation efforts
• manage complex application and critical data element-level lineage across geographies and products
• contribute to formulation of strategies/processes to implement Citi Data Governance Data Policies
• responsible for data quality validation and remediation
• provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• intermediate/advanced SQL skills
• knowledge of Python, Java, COBOL, Visual Studio, Ab Initio, Data Lineage capture tools (i.e.: IBM Manta, Ab Initio MetaHub)
• expertise in presenting and using planning tools
• proven diplomatic and analytical skills
• proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
• experience in systems analysis helpful
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
