Data Governance Technology Lead Analyst

• develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume data governance implementation efforts in partnership with Product and Technology partners and stakeholders
• manage complex application and critical data element-level lineage across geographies and products for Citi Services
• contribute to formulation of strategies/processes to implement Citi Data Governance Data Policies
• responsible for data quality validation and remediation from root cause analysis through remediation planning and providing input to Product and Technology based on analysis of information
• provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources
• manage a team of Data Stewards to execute priorities of the Data Domain Manager

• 6+ years of Data Governance experience leading as a Data Steward
• demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
• proven diplomatic and analytical skills
• proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
• technical experience to include intermediate SQL skills
• Python, Java, COBOL, Visual Studio, Ab Initio, Data Lineage capture tools (i.e.: IBM Manta, Ab Initio MetaHub), or other development languages helpful
• experience in systems analysis helpful
