Job Description:

Responsible for liaising between Product and Technology regarding data governance implementation for a respective Data Domain, including identifying lineage, critical data elements, authoritative data sources, and data quality rules. Contribute to continuous exploration of attribute-level data lineage and critical data element decomposition. Support Investor Services (Custody and Funds) business.

Job Responsibility:

Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume data governance implementation efforts
manage complex application and critical data element-level lineage across geographies and products
contribute to formulation of strategies/processes to implement Citi Data Governance Data Policies
responsible for data quality validation and remediation
provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business
manage a team of Data Stewards to execute priorities.

Requirements:

Technical experience to include intermediate/advanced SQL skills
Python
Java
COBOL
Visual Studio
Ab Initio
Data Lineage capture tools (i.e.: IBM Manta, Ab Initio MetaHub)
proven diplomatic and analytical skills
proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact
experience in systems analysis helpful
demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools.

Nice to have:

Experience in Data Governance and Custody product
experience in systems analysis
experience in the Investor (Custody) Services business.
