Job Description:

The Data Governance Metrics & Reporting Lead Analyst supports Citi’s transformation to a data-driven organization. Focused on risk and controls, process improvement, and fostering partnerships across teams, this role aids the strategic evolution of data governance metrics and reporting.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with team and data leadership to support the strategic design of data governance metrics
Lead the identification, implementation, and evolution of data governance metrics for various audience groups
Develop and maintain the team’s internal governance documentation as it relates to process improvement, change control, and quality assurance
A strong focus on risk and controls, including working with team members and partners to identify and raise risks and put in-place appropriate controls to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and standards
Maintain excellent working relationship across our network of data governance partners and drive Citi’s vision for best practices as it relates to data governance metrics and reporting

Requirements:

6 to 8 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years Data Management experience
Banking and/or Finance industry experience desired
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
