Job Description:

The Data Governance Foundation Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for leading activities that contribute to the definition of the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, and/or Data Risk and Control Framework and Data Risk Taxonomy and plays a critical role in leading activities to support implementation of the Data Governance Policy/Data Risk and Control framework.

Job Responsibility:

Lead activities contributing to Enterprise Data Governance Strategy definition
Lead Data Risk and Control Framework implementation
Liaise with partners to establish policy adoption plans
Lead business analysis and requirements gathering
Contribute to establishment of Data Governance standards
Support Data Transformation projects as Subject Matter Expert
Ensure roles and responsibilities related to data are understood and implemented
Collaborate with colleagues for timely milestone execution
Capture requirements and manage metrics lifecycle

Requirements:

10+ years of experience
Banking or Finance industry preferred in Data Governance/Data Management/Process Engineering or related area
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of Data Operating Model practices, Data Governance and Data Compliance within large financial services firms

Nice to have:

Master's degree
Banking or Finance industry experience
