Data Governance Foundation Senior Lead Analyst

• Strategic Alignment & Challenge: Act as liaison translating execution-level details into strategic impact assessments
• Provide independent challenge of commitment outcomes against success criteria
• Inter-Commitment Synergy: Identify and facilitate alignment across various Consent Order commitments
• Expert Guidance & Oversight: Serve as Subject Matter Expert in data policies and transformation commitments
• Commitment Scoping & Review Leadership: Lead completion of commitment scoping documents
• Executive Reporting & Support: Support completion of tollgate executive summaries for Executive Management Team
• Progress Monitoring & Closure Management: Monitor and report on commitment execution progress

• 10+ years of experience
• Banking or Finance industry preferred in Data Governance/Data Management/Process Engineering or related area
• Communicates effectively and develops multi-mode communications
• Able to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels
• Collaborates effectively by building partnerships
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Optimizes work processes with focus on continuous improvement
• Organizational savvy: understands systems and management processes
• Working knowledge of Data Operating Model practices
• Working knowledge of Data Governance and Data Compliance within large financial services firms
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Bachelor's/University degree
