The Data Adjustment Program Data Operations Analyst is a key position in Citi’s Enterprise Data Office (EDO) Data Adjustment & STP Program, within the Technology and Business Enablement function. The EDO organization is responsible for an enterprise-wide effort to transform and strengthen the firm’s data, modernize data infrastructure while simplifying the data operating model and executing the strategic priorities for the firm. The EDO defines and enforces data-related policies and standards across Citi and equips the firm with the tools required to take ownership and accountability for data governance and management. The EDO organization includes Business and Function Data and Technology Platform teams, and data cross-enterprise capability teams. This role is responsible monitoring, reviewing and remediating the data completeness and timeliness for Enterprise Adjustment data in the Global Adjustment Inventory (GAI). This role is also responsible for identifying data concerns in GAI and supporting the data concern remediation process to ensure GAI is complete and accurate.
Job Responsibility:
Support the GAI Data Operations team on a daily basis to ensure data completeness, timeliness and accuracy
Support the enhancement for the operating model and tooling for Data Operations
Provide support to program and project delivery team, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, leading relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organizations and functions
Oversee and maintain regulatory compliance for adjustment data across the enterprise with key focus in the Risk & Finance organization, assessing data governance needs, partnering with the business and other stakeholders
Drive data quality, risk management, and privacy to ensure data accuracy, security, and adherence to regulations
Develop and build strong working partnerships and strategic relationships with key partners across the business and technology
Requirements:
Experience in an enterprise-wide or cross-functional role
Strong understanding of the overall Finance, Risk and Technology
Good communication skills with an ability to describe complex topics in simple terms
Ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment
Sense of urgency, passion for results and personal accountability for achievement
Ability to effectively drive and lead change in an organization with Citigroup’s size, scale, and complexity
7+ years of experience
Good knowledge of Risk & Finance data, along with an understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk management
Good working knowledge of reporting tools (Tableau or equivalent)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision making
Nice to have:
SQL & Data Analytics skills is an advantage
Beneficial to have DCRM knowledge (Data consent remediation management)
