Data Governance Foundation Lead Business Analyst

• Developing project artifacts including BRD's, FRD's, test planning and UAT documents
• Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting and execution
• Providing implementation/post-implementation project support
• Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and team members
• Develop requirements for role-based configurator for risk personas
• Drive vision for new widgets and functionalities
• Ensure data is summarized and communicated clearly to senior management and stakeholders
• Operate independently and exercise judgement with escalation when required

• 6-10 year's experience
• Extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to prioritize and juggle several tasks at once
• Work well under pressure whilst enthusiastic, hard-working and positive
• Desire to improve processes
• Track record as a Business Analyst within Financial Services/Investment Banking industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts/requirements
• Experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools
• Team player and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Ability to learn/understand technical implications of system design
• Willingness to ask questions and challenge processes
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Extensive Risk Management experience
• Project Management or Product Ownership experience
• Bachelor's/University degree
• Master's degree preferred
