Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst

• Partner with multiple teams to implement and comply with Citi Data Governance Policy with focus on DCRM program and Control framework
• Provide expertise on DCRM program including design, effectiveness, performance monitoring and self-assessment processes
• Oversight and analysis of data-related issues, tracking of ownership and target dates and associated metrics and reporting
• Support and coordinate with business lines and global functions on enterprise DCRM strategy roll out
• Produce recommendations for enterprise-wide guiding principles, policies, processes and practices
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies within DCRM program
• Support and enable DCRM lifecycle execution for Data Managers
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Manage governance forums across the DCRM program
• Identification of relevant metrics and KPIs and support reporting needs
• Management of cross-Services deliverables
• Interface with EDO for deliverables, tooling, clarifications and feedback
• Assists in the remediation of Audit and Regulatory feedback on issues and concern

• 6-10 years relevant experience in Data Governance/Data Management/Process Engineering or related area
• Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools
• Requires basic commercial awareness
• Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
• Ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications
• Bachelor's/University degree
• Master's degree preferred
