Job Description:

The Business Analyst/Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment and execution of a sustainable operating model for data automation and adjustment reduction. This position requires a highly analytical and proactive individual with a strong blend of business analysis and project management skills.

Job Responsibility:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data automation and adjustment reduction initiatives
Perform data analysis to understand current processes, identify trends, and support decision-making
Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements to reduce adjustments and enhance data quality
Develop and execute project plans for assigned workstreams
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and departments
Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
Contribute to the design and implementation of the sustainable operating model for data automation and adjustment reduction

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Technology, Finance, or related field)
3+ years of experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements
Experience with data analysis techniques and tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)

Nice to have:

Experience with data automation or process improvement initiatives
Familiarity with Citi's internal systems and policies
Business analysis or project management certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP)
