Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with expertise in Data Governance and Data Excellence to support enterprise transformation initiatives. The consultant will drive governance and process optimization activities, facilitate workshops, and support stakeholders during the implementation of sustainable data management frameworks.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise customers on Data Governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices
  • Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and align target processes
  • Support change management activities to drive user adoption and organizational readiness
  • Define and optimize data quality, data ownership, and data lifecycle processes
  • Analyze existing data processes and drive process standardization and improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), data integration, and enterprise data architectures
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
  • Experience with blueprint design, governance models, and target operating models
  • Experience with Data Governance tools and platforms such as Informatica, Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Blueway
